The Statement Analyzer is a free tool that reviews a payment processing statement you upload and produces an automated analysis of fees and potential savings.

Your permission. By uploading a document, you grant OneRev permission to process, transmit, and analyze its contents, including through third-party service providers such as cloud infrastructure and artificial-intelligence providers, solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your analysis and providing related follow-up. Our providers are contractually restricted from using your document to train their models.

Your responsibilities. You represent that you own the uploaded document or are authorized to share it, and that it does not contain information you are prohibited from disclosing. Do not upload documents containing Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, health information, or other data beyond a standard merchant processing statement; you may redact such information before uploading.

Retention. We do not retain the uploaded document itself after your analysis is generated. We retain the analysis results and the contact information you provide for up to 24 months to deliver the analysis, follow up with you, and improve our services, after which they are deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion earlier as described in our Privacy Policy.

Estimates only; no advice. The analysis is generated by automated systems, is provided "as is" for informational purposes only, and may contain errors or omissions. It is not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not a quote, offer, or guarantee of savings, pricing, or approval. Actual fees and savings depend on factors the tool cannot fully assess. You should independently verify any figures before acting on them.

Communications. By using the tool you agree that OneRev may contact you at the email address and phone number you provide regarding your analysis and OneRev's services. You may opt out at any time.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OneRev or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and download content from this website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
